JOB DESCRIPTION :
Evoca is looking for a Head of the Digitalization Department, who is eager to lead a digital transformation, direct and oversee the digital strategy, implement new technologies, enhance business processes, and foster a culture of innovation.What will you gain?

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute Company's digital transformation strategy;- Collaborate with senior management to align digital initiatives with business goals;
- Identify opportunities for digital innovation and ensure they are integrated into the
overall business strategy;
- Develop and manage the digitalization department budget;
- Ensure the integration of existing systems with new digital solutions;
- Develop new innovative partnerships and collaborations with different leading
companies;
- Identify and develop new Fintech solutions, explore alternative experimental financial
technologies and develop products;
- Evaluate and select appropriate vendors and service providers for digital projects;
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for digital improvement;
- Lead and inspire the digitalization team, fostering a culture of innovation and
continuous improvement;
- Drive organizational change by promoting digital adoption and fostering a digital-first
mindset;
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or related fields, an MBA is preferred;- At least 5 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within
a similar role at a Fintech or IT company;
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital project management;
- In-depth knowledge of global and local digital trends, technologies, and best
practices;
- Well-established relationships and networks within the business and Fintech
community;
- Strong initiative, leadership and project management skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making;
- Proficiency in change management principles and practices;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
- Excellent command of English and Russian.
