ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ : 

Huawei Armenia office is looking for a suitable candidate for the Legal Consultant position.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ : 

- Handle various legal issues encountered during daily transaction, participate in project negotiation, and review contracts;
- Draft various contracts, NDA, MOU, letters and other legal documents;
- Participate in handling disputes and coping with government inspections, analyze cases, provide solutions, prepare evidence materials, and perform relevant operations according to legal procedures;
- Participate in the company's legal compliance work, provide daily legal advice in various spheres of law, and provide legal analysis and insight report;
- Manage the delegation of the company, draft and review the POAs;
- Manage the company's seal affairs, draft and review the relevant documents;
- Conduct Legal Insights and newsletter;
- Handle other daily legal affairs when required.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ : 

- Master's degree in Law (obtained in 2024) or 1-3 years of professional experience in a law firm or relevant corporate environment with Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in Law;
- Good understanding of Civil Code, International Business Law, Private International Law, Lobar Code, Corporate Law, Personal Data law etc.;
- Good knowledge of Licensing Law, Administrative legislation, Tax Law, Finance Law, Custom Law etc.;
- Language skills: Armenian (native), English (advanced), Russian (advanced);
- Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented;
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload whilst meeting with the tight deadlines;
- Willing to work in an international team and develop effective working relations with colleagues;
- Proactive and self-motivated to get hands-on challenges and work under pressure;
- Proficiency in software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
